CountWatch

Terms

The terms for using CountWatch.

Last updated: November 2026

1. The service

CountWatch (Leonid Rise, Israel, "we") watches counts you send and alerts you when they spike, drop or stop. By creating an account or using the API you accept these terms. If you act for a company, you accept them for it. CountWatch is offered to businesses and developers, not to consumers.

2. Accounts and keys

3. Plans, limits and payment

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and close it if the problem continues.

5. Your data

Your data is yours. You give us the right to store and process it only to run CountWatch for you, as the privacy notice describes. If your data includes personal data despite section 4, we process it only on your instructions to run the service. A data processing addendum is available on request at hello@countwatch.com. You can export it in Settings and erase your account at any time.

6. Availability and alerts

CountWatch is new and offered as is, without an uptime guarantee. CountWatch can miss a change or alert when nothing is wrong. Do not rely on it as your only safety system for anything where a missed alert could harm people or cause serious loss.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in those 12 months (or USD 100 for a free account). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending

You can stop using CountWatch and erase your account at any time. We can end the service for an account with 30 days' notice, or at once for a serious breach of section 4. When an account ends, its data is deleted as the privacy notice describes.

9. Changes and law

We announce changes to these terms on this page and by e-mail at least 14 days before they apply. These terms are governed by the law of Israel; the courts of Be'er Sheva decide disputes, except where consumer law gives you the right to use your own courts.
